The picture on the left is another one of my Gir action figures. This one is rather small and came with the Invader Zim boxed set. The picture on the right is the so-called "Bloody Gir":

                     

Evidently you can find Bloody Gir hidden throughout the last 14 episodes of Invader Zim. The director reports that he is hidden in numerous locations, though so far there are only two confirmed sightings. The shot is usually included for only a single frame, is often cut-off, and is often translucent. It is supposed to be very difficult to find them, even going through the show frame-by-frame.
